Pharmaline - Smooth Bore PTFE Lined Hose

Pharmaline PTFE lined hose

Pharmaline a high purity, smooth bore, PTFE lined hose ideally suited for applications where flexibility and the ease of cleaning is required in the biotech and pharmaceutical industries.

Pharmaline is built around a chemically resistant PTFE hose liner design. The lining consists of a smooth bore interior but convoluted exterior generating ultra flexibility and the ability to withstand high temperatures and pressures. Pharmaline also features a stainless steel wire braid which adds to kink resistance and is covered with an easy to clean white Platinum Cured Silicone.

Pharmaline hoses are fully tested to meet USP Class VI criteria and can withstand repeated autoclaving or SIP without harming the hose in any way. It remains flexible and performs through a temperature range of -60°C to +200°C.
